Deb Temerbekova

Debra Temerbekova serves as the HR and Financial Operations Manager, supporting both the administrative and financial functions of the organization. She holds an associate degree in Administrative Professional and Human Resources Management and brings nearly 10 years of experience in executive support, human resources, and financial operations. 

In her role, Debra oversees key operational areas including payroll, billing, HR processes, reporting, and day-to-day administrative support. She is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve effectively in fast-paced environments. Her work ensures that internal systems run smoothly, allowing both staff and leadership to focus on delivering high-quality services. 

Debra has experience working within mental health and social service settings, where she supports professionals serving diverse client populations. She is committed to building efficient systems and maintaining clear, consistent communication across teams. With a proactive and solution-oriented approach, she strives to create a structured and reliable environment that empowers others to succeed. 

She is also dedicated to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace. Debra approaches her work with cultural awareness and ensures that policies, communication, and processes are accessible and supportive for individuals from all backgrounds. She finds fulfillment in working behind the scenes to strengthen operations and contribute to positive outcomes for both staff and the individuals they serve.
