Nao Lue Lee (Louie)

Nao Lue “Louie” Lee is a Service Facilitator at Grand Journey LLC, where he supports individuals in accessing services and working toward their personal goals. Louie began his career with Grand Journey as a Skill Developer and has since transitioned into his current role. Since joining the team in June 2022, Louie has continued to demonstrate his ongoing commitment to individuals and communities he serves.

Louie graduated from South High School in Sheboygan in 2007 and enlisted in the military shortly after, where he developed strong discipline, adaptability, and a commitment to service. Following his military experience, he worked as a Quality Technician for over 10 years at Parker Hannifin, building skills in problem-solving, precision, and accountability that continue to support his work today.

Louie primarily serves clients in the Madison area. He values respectful, culturally mindful communication, drawing from his own background and experiences growing up in a Hmong household. While he speaks Hmong and continues to strengthen his fluency, he makes intentional efforts to ensure clear and respectful communication with all clients. Louie is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported.

Louie takes a person-centered approach, prioritizing his clients’ thoughts, feelings, and preferences. He finds fulfillment in helping with both everyday needs—such as transportation and understanding paperwork—and broader goals that promote independence and well-being.

Outside of work, Louie enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, trying new foods, and collecting Pokémon cards with his children. Clients can expect a trustworthy, genuine, and dependable partner who is committed to their success.
